Fee Guidelines

Capital Law Review levies a modest publication fee to sustain editing, review and production. Fees are determined by the number of authors on the manuscript.

Publication Fee

  • Single author₹700
  • Two authors₹1,000
  • Three authors₹1,200

All amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR).

Co-authorship

Co-authorship is permitted for up to three authors per manuscript across all categories. Manuscripts listing more than three authors will not be accepted.

Payment

  • The fee becomes payable only after the manuscript has been accepted for publication. Nothing is charged at the time of submission or review.
  • Payment details will be communicated to the corresponding author along with the letter of acceptance.
  • A single fee is payable per manuscript, irrespective of its category or length.
  • Fees once paid are non-refundable, save where the Editorial Board decides otherwise.
  • A certificate of publication is issued to every author on release of the issue.
